Make a costume on stage yourself or cheer on pre-selected contestants with only 30 minutes to create a fabulous, wacky costume using their Westcott Non-Stick Titanium Bonded® scissors and Shurtech Duck Tape®! Additional featured materials available to contestants include: FloraCraft "Make It Fun" Foam, VELCRO® Brand Fasteners, Blumenthal Lansing Buttons, The Beadery Beads, feathers, gemstones and more!
